We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 100 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our suppliers through warehouse located in Europe (Spain) are shipped through China Post and USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 100 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Taxes

It is clear that all shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. That is usually the obligation of customers. Different countries have different tax rule on the imported goods. Therefore, it will be better if you know your county’s custom policies before your order in case of some troubles.

There are some responsibilities you should know about clearly who has to take once something unexpected happens.

If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment left the seller’s country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items. It is the buyer’s responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery. Exclude force majeure (bad weather, strikes, wars etc.), the following 3 factors should be taken into consideration.

Shipping Method: Delivery time varies with shipping methods. For example, DHL takes 2-4 business days while EMS takes 3-8 business days. Time in transit varies depending on where you’re located and where your package is coming from.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. We are trying our best provide tracking information for each and every order to makes sure you got the product.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
